Orders must meet the P500 minimum in order for the system to process your order. Shipping fees will not count toward the P500 minimum.

Shipping is currently set at a flat rate of P175 within the Metro Manila area. Orders come protected inside a reusable sturdy cardboard Sungee Produce box with corresponding branding. Orders are subject to cancellation and the customer is entitled to a full refund should Sungee Produce determine that the destination falls out of the Metro Manila area.


We at Sungee Produce have a mission to always provide customers with high quality fresh fruits. For cases where the quality of the product does not meet the expectation of the customer, we highly encourage our customers to call our landline, email our support, or message us on Facebook through the designated contact information displayed on the page to immediately address the issue.

For damaged goods during shipping, failure to raise complaints within 24 hours upon receipt of the items would waive the customer’s right for a product replacement or refund. Quality issues have no time limit.

Upon investigation and verification, we will gladly offer replacement of the product should it be discovered that:

  1. The wrong product has been delivered, or the product was received damaged (24 hour window).

Replacement shall be made provided that the customer presents a valid receipt and shoulders the return shipping fee and return the original item(s) delivered. We will strictly follow a “No Return, No Replacement” policy. In cases such as these, the shipping fee of the new product will be shouldered by Sungee Produce.

Should the customer refuse our offer to replace the delivered product, the customer may opt to refund the payment made online, subject to our refund policy for the excess payment made by the customer.

Should the customer refuse to take possession of the produce upon delivery without any justifiable means, there will be no refunds to be offered by Sungee Produce.


For cancelled orders within our cut-off time with online prepayments, there will be automatic refunds. However, we offer no guarantee of any nature of timeliness of the refunds reaching the customer’s accounts. The processing of payment may take time for it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing time.

For any excess payment made, we offer three options with the customer:

  1. Order another product with us to cover the excess payment made
  2. Credit the excess payment to future purchases
  3. Request for a refund subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing time

All refunds shall be made to the person who made payment, provided that complete and accurate bank account details are communicated to us.
